A first conversation

Tell me what needs
to be different.

Tell me what the business needs to improve, what is already under way and where progress is stuck. I’ll give you a straight view on whether I can help and what responsibility I could take on.

Useful starting points

  1. What does the business need to improve?
  2. What change is already under way?
  3. What responsibility do you need someone to take on?

A 30-minute conversation with Stuart to understand the work and whether there is a fit.

Where we would start

Agree what you need
someone to take on.

The first conversation is a chance to understand the problem, the outcome you need and the work already in place. We can then judge whether there is a fit and agree a useful next step.

I am based in the UK and work UK-wide, with on-site and remote working agreed around the needs of the assignment.

For interim or fractional leadership, we can discuss the responsibility, time commitment and executive sponsorship. For a defined contract or advisory assignment, we can agree the scope and the result or decision it needs to support.

Non-executive appointments

Discuss a board appointment.

If you are considering a NED appointment, I would welcome a conversation about the business, the board’s priorities and the contribution you need.
